Note:  So I signed up for character20n20 for the first time in a while and since it was villians this time, I went with a new fave, Rowena McCleod.  I had a lot of fun with this round, and while there are a couple of these icons I didn't particuarly love--but couldn't think of any way to do it different--there are a lot I was quite proud with.  Also, I love Rowena's hair, probably the main reason I wanted to icon her.
